After a morning spent at Monet's Giverny house and garden Adam & I went to the wonderful town La Roche Guyon, tired and hungry we spotted a wonderful restaurant and despite the lateness for lunch they were still serving, we enjoyed a delicious meal in the sunshine and decided to go for a wander around the delightful town on the river Seine. And I'm so glad we did as we came across the wonderful Le Jardin du Yoga, a garden to promote peace and tranquillity.
